If you purchased their kit from a reputable retailer like those found on our website and discovered that a part was missing or broken after removing the shrink wrap, Revell will provide a replacement at no charge.

To get a replacement part, we ask that you send in the original sales receipt and/or the UPC code cut out from the box. The consumer must also include a copy of the instruction sheet with the part circled. This will help us quickly find the part need. Because we require these physical items, the consumer will need to mail the replacement Part Request via land mail.

If the following items are not included in the mail correspondence, the Replacement Parts request will be denied:

• A copy of the instruction Sheet with the Requested Parts Circled
• Original Sales receipt, or UPC Code Cut from the original box.

All Replacement Parts will be sent free of cost. No Shipping or Handling charges will be applied.

If you don't have the original sales receipt, or are unwilling to cut the UPC code from your box, please consider requesting a Spare part from our on-line ordering system. All Spare Parts will be charged shipping and handling.
