Welcome to Revell-Monogram's online parts replacement service. We have developed this tool to assist you with replacing parts that are missing, or parts you may have lost or damaged.

Please be aware that parts may not be available for kits that have been out of production for over 1 year. A good reference is the copyright date on the side panel of your box. If parts are no longer available for your kit, you might consider returning it to the place of purchase for exchange or refund, in accordance with that store's policy.

In order to best serve our consumers, we have the following parts services available:

Spare Parts:

If the consumer purchased their kit from a third party retailer, does not have the original sales receipt or original UPC code, we will still support our product by making parts available, but will ask that the consumer pay Shipping and Handling.

Spare parts can be ordered only from the website with a valid Visa or MasterCard. Quantity limitation may apply.

General Policy:

The purpose of our Parts Replacement policy to assure that our customers get a complete kit.

We will only replace the number of parts required to complete your kit.

If your kit is missing several pieces, or is severely damaged, we may request that you send it in at your expense. If it is determined that the damage to the kit was our fault, we will replace the kit with a simular kit at our expense.

Please expect up to 8 weeks to replace parts from German Kits. German kits can be identified by their product id. This number usually starts with a 0 and is 5 digits long.

Revell reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or refuse any replacement or spare part order.
